Choosing the right Montessori environment for your child is important. Each school or nursery is run independently. “Montessori” is not trademarked, so it is possible for any school, nursery or centre to include the word “Montessori” in their name.

We have developed a Montessori Quality Assurance Program (MQAP) to identify the Quality Standards for Montessori programs and to support schools and nurseries in Egypt and the region in maintaining these standards. As a parent you can be assured that a school or nursery that is part of the Montessori Quality Assurance Program is commitment to providing authentic Montessori programs. The Montessori Quality Assurance Program (MQAP) is a supportive and positive means of continuous improvement by which schools and nurseries strive to ensure quality and best practice. The program has three levels, APPLIED, PARTICIPATING, and READY TO APLLY FOR AMI GLOBAL ACCREDITATION.
All Montessori schools and nurseries in the list are independently owned and operated and not governed by Montessori Foundation of Egypt.
We provide a listing of Montessori programs on our website and encourage prospective parents to contact them directly.
The status under the logo of Montessori Foundation of Egypt (APPLIED, PARTICIPATING or READY TO APPLY FOR AMI GLOBAL ACCREDITATION) indicates in which level of the Montessori Quality Assurance Program is the school or nursery.
